Prof. Dr. Rajkumar Buyya - Director, Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Dr. Rajkumar Buyya is a Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He is also serving as the founding CEO of Manjrasoft, a spin-off company of the University, commercializing its innovations in Cloud Computing. He served as a Future Fellow of the Australian Research Council during 2012-2016. He has authored over 625 publications and seven text books including. He also edited several books including "Cloud Computing: Principles and Paradigms". He is one of the highly cited authors in computer science and software engineering worldwide. Microsoft Academic Search Index ranked Dr. Buyya as #1 author in the world (2005-2016) for both field rating and citations evaluations in the area of Distributed and Parallel Computing. "A Scient metric Analysis of Cloud Computing Literature" by German scientists ranked Dr. Buyya as the World's Top-Cited (#1) Author and the World's Most-Productive (#1) Author in Cloud Computing. Dr. Buyya is recognized as a "Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher “for three consecutive years since 2016, a Fellow of IEEE, and Scopus Researcher of the Year 2017 with Excellence in Innovative Research Award by Elsevier for his outstanding contributions to Cloud computing. Software technologies for Grid and Cloud computing developed under Dr. Buyya's leadership have gained rapid acceptance and are in use at several academic institutions and commercial enterprises in 40 countries around the world. These contributions and international research leadership of Dr. Buyya are recognized through the award of "2009 IEEE Medal for Excellence in Scalable Computing" from the IEEE Computer Society TCSC. Manjrasoft's Aneka Cloud technology developed under his leadership has received "2010 Frost & Sullivan New Product Innovation Award". Recently, Dr. Buyya received "Mahatma Gandhi Award" along with Gold Medals for his outstanding and extraordinary achievements in Information Technology field and services rendered to promote greater friendship and India-International cooperation. He served as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing. He is currently serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Software: Practice and Experience.

Prof. Mike Hinchey - President , IFIP, founded by UNESCO; University of Limerick, Ireland; Chair of IEEE UK and Ireland for 2018-2019.
Mike Hinchey is President of IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing), founded by UNESCO in 1960, and Professor of Software Engineering at University of Limerick, Ireland. He is Chair of IEEE UK and Ireland for 2018-2019. Until end of 2016, for 8 years he was Director of Lero-the Irish Software Research Centre, a multi-university research centre with a footprint in each of Ireland's universities. Previous positions include Director of the Software Verification Research Centre at University of Queensland, and Director of the NASA Software Engineering Laboratory at Goddard Space Flight Center; he has also served as a NASA "Expert". Hinchey holds a BSc in Computer Systems from University of Limerick, an MSc in Computation from University of Oxford and PhD in Computer Science from University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of IET, British Computer Society, Irish Computer Society (of which he is also Vice President), Engineers Ireland and Engineers Australia. He is the author or editor of more than 20 books, including the forthcoming "Software Technology: 10 years of innovation in IEEE Computer" (Wiley, 2018), more than 200 papers, and holds 26 patents. He is Editor-in-Chief of Innovations in Systems and Software Engineering: a NASA Journal "(Springer) and Journal of the Brazilian Computer Society (Springer)

Professor Oscar Castillo - Professor Tijuana Institute of Technology, Tijuana, Baja California.
Oscar Castillo holds the Doctor in Science degree (Doctor Habilitatus) in Computer Science from the Polish Academy of Sciences (with the Dissertation “Soft Computing and Fractal Theory for Intelligent Manufacturing”). He is a Professor of Computer Science in the Graduate Division, Tijuana Institute of Technology, Tijuana, Mexico. In addition, he is serving as Research Director of Computer Science and head of the research group on Hybrid Fuzzy Intelligent Systems. Currently, he is Vice-President of HAFSA (Hispanic American Fuzzy Systems Association) and President of IFSA (International Fuzzy Systems Association). Prof. Castillo is also Chair of the Mexican Chapter of the Computational Intelligence Society (IEEE). He also belongs to the Technical Committee on Fuzzy Systems of IEEE and to the Task Force on “Extensions to Type-1 Fuzzy Systems”. He is also a member of NAFIPS, IFSA and IEEE. He belongs to the Mexican Research System (SNI Level 2). His research interests are in Type-2 Fuzzy Logic, Fuzzy Control, Neuro-Fuzzy and Genetic-Fuzzy hybrid approaches. He has published over 100 journal papers, 7 authored books, 16 edited books, and 200 papers in conference proceedings. He has been Guest Editor of several successful Special Issues in the past, like in the following journals: Applied Soft Computing, Intelligent Systems, Information Sciences, Non-Linear Studies, Fuzzy Sets and Systems, JAMRIS and Engineering Letters. He is currently Associate Editor of the Information Sciences Journal and the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems.

Prof. Carlos A. Coello Coello - Investigator, Cinvestav 3F, CINVESTAV-IPN, Mexico.
Carlos Artemio Coello Coello received a PhD in Computer Science from Tulane University (USA) in 1996. His research has mainly focused on the design of new multi-objective optimization algorithms based on bio-inspired metaheuristics, which is an area in which he has made pioneering contributions.
He currently has over 500 publications which, according to Google Scholar, report over 48,500 citations (with an h-index of 86)..
He has received several awards, including the National Research Award (in 2007) from the Mexican Academy of Science (in the area of exact sciences), the 2009 Medal to the Scientific Merit from Mexico City’s congress, the Ciudad Capital: Heberto Castillo 2011 Award for scientists under the age of 45, in Basic Science, the 2012 Scopus Award (Mexico’s edition) for being the most highly cited scientist in engineering in the 5 years previous to the award and the 2012 National Medal of Science in Physics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences from Mexico’s presidency (this is the most important award that a scientist can receive in Mexico). He also received the Luis Elizondo Award from the Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey in 2019. .
He is the recipient of the prestigious 2013 IEEE Kiyo Tomiyasu Award, “for pioneering contributions to single- and multiobjective optimization techniques using bioinspired metaheuristics” and of the 2016 The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) Award in “Engineering Sciences”. Since January 2011, he is an IEEE Fellow. He is also Associate Editor of several international journals including the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and the IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intellience.
